CHINESE NEW YEAR | 02
We showed you traditional Chinese in our post a couple of days ago, so we've opted a couple of different asian themed tablescapes and food styling ideas to inspire you! Each image shows a different way you can style your party.
The first image is subtle Chinese. It's got fresh and warm colours, opting for the yellows and oranges over the bright red. We love those gorgeous paper flowers, keen to know how to DIY those! The second image is kind of subtle as well, very elegant. They've kept their dinnerware basic, so that their styling stands out. We love the idea of hanging the umbrellas upside down, it's perfect! The simplicity of the bamboo as the centrepieces is great too.
Fortune Cookies.
You can't have a Chinese New Year party without them. Traditional, sparkly gold ones or DIY clay ones! They look absolutely stunning in the apothecary jar! Love it! The clay fortune cookies are gorgeous too, check them out here!
Of course, we love a good cocktail. They lucky coin stirrer stick is the perfect touch of China.
Love all of these!
